By registering for class, you acknowledge:

1. That you have read and understand our REFUND POLICY (no refunds!) outlined below.

2. That you and all members of your party are eligible to participate as outlined above.

3. That you have read and will abide by the equipment requirements listed as part of this class.

REFUND / RESCHEDULE / TRANSFER POLICY

REFUNDS

Patriot Training does NOT offer Refunds. 

* Tuition sale is final and is a commitment to train with Patriot Training at the date and time scheduled.

* Tuition paid guarantees your spot in class. Patriot Training does not overbook. 

* Your payment secures a spot in a specific class, and nothing more. Patriot Training cannot and does not guarantee individual performance or results. Therefore, failure to pass a course (such as a carry permit evaluation) does not qualify for a refund.  

* Patriot Training does not offer refunds, reschedules, or transfers to students who fail to show up for class. If you decide not to attend, that’s your decision. 

* This policy is firm and there will be no exceptions.

Why? 

- Because if you decide the day before class that you don't like the weather forecast (or insert whatever excuse here), we will not have time to sell that spot to a serious participant that has been turned away. 

RESCHEDULE

Cannot make a class and need to reschedule to a future class? You may reschedule for the same class (i.e. Urban Rifleman for Urban Rifleman) in the future for only a $50 processing fee. You must reschedule no later than Thursday at 6:00 pm prior to the start of the class you cannot make. Naturally, there must be a future offering on the schedule, and once you select the date, that date will be locked in. Future reschedules will also require an additional $50 processing fee. LIMITED TRANSFERS

Can't make the class and want to transfer (give/sell) your spot to someone else?

If you want to transfer, sell, or give your seat to someone else, that’s entirely up to you and is fine by us. 

You must notify us no later than Thursday, 6:00 pm, prior.  

If that person cannot make it, the same no refund policy applies. 

CANCELLATIONS

In the unlikely event Patriot Training is forced to cancel a class, refunds and transfers will be offered.

REGISTRATION

Registration for most Rifle and Pistol classes will end Monday prior to class.

Registration for Carry Permit classes ends Wednesday prior to class.

You must prepay in advance to reserve your seat in class. Patriot Training does not do "walk on" attendance. There are no "pay the same day you show up" options. Reserving your spot in class via prepayment is a two-way commitment: it is a commitment by you to honor the appointment time at the place indicated; and it is also a commitment by Patriot Training to host a class at the date and time promised, with professional instructors, lesson plans, materials, and training exercises ready to train you up.

PARTICIPATION

Ages 11 - 17 welcome with participating / auditing parent / guardian.

At Patriot Training, we pride ourselves on making good personal defense training available to as many people as possible, from all walks of life. However, under some circumstances, the law forbids people from having firearms. To ensure our own compliance with the law, our policy is that anyone forbidden by law to own or possess a firearm is also ineligible to register for our classes. Therefore, we cannot train anyone who:

• Has ever been convicted of a felony that has not been annulled or pardoned.
• Is under indictment in any court for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.
• Is a fugitive from justice.
• Uses or is addicted to any unlawful controlled substances.
• Has been adjudicated as a “mental defective” or has been committed to any psychiatric institution.
• Is a non-citizen residing in the United States illegally.
• Has been discharged from the military under dishonorable conditions.
• Has renounced United States citizenship.
• Is under a court-issued restraining order for harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or an intimate partner’s child.
• Has been convicted of domestic violence of any kind.
• Is a foreign national (unless you have written permission from the U.S. State Department to participate in firearms training).

We also may decline to train any person who for any reason is unable to handle a firearm safely (accommodations can be made for certain disabilities). If you have any questions about this policy or would like to find out if you’re eligible to sign up for a class, please contact us.

FAMILY DISCOUNT

The Family Discount, for applicable classes, is for a parent, sibling, spouse, and son/daughter.

Your best friend's sister's boyfriend's grandmother does not qualify. 

Video and audio recording of class is prohibited, with the sole exception of YouTube content creators with advance written permission.

All Patriot Training Live Fire classes have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, after participating in the whole class, you are dissatisfied, notify the instructor prior to leaving the class at the end of the final day, and we will refund your money. 

• If you fail to participate in the whole class, due to sitting out voluntarily, the money-back guarantee is forfeit. 
• If you were asked to sit out due to safety concerns, the money-back guarantee is forfeit.
