Tactical Handgun Class
This class is designed to get you familiar with your handgun and give you some essential skills and tactics.
** This is NOT the Tennessee
Handgun Carry Permit Class **
Essential Pistol answers the question “I have a handgun carry permit, now what?” Although a participant does not need to have a permit to take this class, it is still good for all pistol shooters.
Carbine I Class
The purpose of this class is to
teach you how to be a Rifleman.
Expert Rifleman will teach you common techniques for use from 3 to 300 yards – with your rifle and ordinary sights such as iron sights, red dots, or even low-power variable optics. Use of cover and concealment, presentation, and fixing stoppages will all be covered. By the end of this class, you will know what it takes to become an Expert Rifleman.
Carbine II Class
The purpose of this class is to teach the Rifleman how to engage at most common engagement distances - inside of 100 yards.
Urban Rifleman covers techniques and tactics needed by the Rifleman to engage at the most common engagement distances. The rifleman needs to know how to present the rifle, hit targets, fix stoppages, and use positions to their maximum effect, use of cover and concealment, shooting & moving, and more. Putting of this all together, this class will make you the ultimate Urban Rifleman!
Carry Permit Class
THIS IS THE CLASS NEEDED TO GET YOUR ENHANCED TENNESSEE HANDGUN CARRY PERMIT!
The purpose of this class is to get you familiar with your rifle, as well as how to consistently shoot straight.
The American College of Surgeons Stop the Bleed program has trained over
1 million people worldwide how to stop bleeding in a severely injured person.
This is an official Stop the Bleed class and participants who
complete the class will receive an official certificate.
"What stops bleeding?
In a Stop the Bleed course, you’ll learn three quick techniques
to help save a life before someone bleeds out:
(1) How to use your hands to apply pressure to a wound
(2) How to pack a wound to control bleeding
(3) How to correctly apply a tourniquet
These three techniques will empower you to assist in an emergency and potentially save a life."
How to be an assistant Instructor
PurposeTo provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to help assist a firearms instructor in class, run a live range safely, and coach shooters in the art of marksmanship and firearms manipulations.
The purpose of this class is to teach the Rifleman how to
shoot, move, and communicate; and an introduction to CQB.
Team Tactics Class
To teach the Rifleman how to effectively use team tactics.
Long Range Class
The purpose of this class is to teach you the necessary skills to shoot out to 500 yards, and the necessary tactics to be a
Patriot Designated Rifleman.
